By using StocksUP Club("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
stocksup.club provides a social network for investors to share allocation ideas and posts, plus a private portfolio cabinet with optional AI-assisted tools. Some creators offer paid Premium subscriptions. The platform may offer a separate Pro subscription for advanced AI features.
2. Not financial advice
stocksup.club is for education and community discussion only. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
4. Your content & portfolio visibility
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You control portfolio visibility via privacy settings. Do not share others' private data without permission.
5. Paid subscriptions
Creator Premium and Platform Pro are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds are handled per Stripe and our refund policy stated at checkout. Creators receiving payouts must complete Stripe Connect onboarding where required.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for fraud, harassment, market manipulation, unauthorized scraping, or distributing malware. Do not misrepresent performance or impersonate others.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of market data, or AI outputs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, stocksup.club and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
