2. How we use information

To operate the Service, authenticate users, send transactional emails (verification, billing, notifications you opt into), process subscriptions, improve features, and prevent abuse. AI features send relevant portfolio context to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) per your requests.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers: hosting, Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and AI vendors when you use AI tools. Creator subscriber content is visible only to eligible subscribers. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices

Adjust portfolio visibility in Settings → Privacy. You may disable email notifications in Settings. Request account deletion by contacting us (feature may be added in-app).

5. Retention & security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures; no system is 100% secure.

6. International users

If you access the Service from outside your country, data may be processed in other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
